Approved as a Tier 3 Sponsor Influencer. The windshield banner is on, and Overtake parts lead the next phase: a full drivetrain lockdown.

JDMuscle accepted Project Fenrir as a Tier 3 sponsor. Their grille, taillight covers and F1 brake light are already on the car, and more exterior parts are coming.
The build
Factory red trim gone, a uniform dark palette, and orange used only where it counts: the badges, the shift knob, the wheel logo. The orange decals and banners are all custom done, Overtake and JDMuscle included.

The crew
The VB WRX family Fenrir rolls with. One member at a time, each tagged to their car.
Runs VB Mafia. An Ice Silver VB WRX that sits low on polished mesh wheels, with a black vented hood, a yellow grille accent, and a front mount intercooler lettered "VB Mafia". Out back it runs a tall swan neck wing, a black diffuser and quad tips, with a flared body tying it together. "ONE OF ONE" across the windshield says the rest.
Admin and right hand of the crew. A WR Blue 2024 WRX Limited, NAMR tuned to 330 whp. A JDMuscle lip up front, yellow fogs, a black honeycomb grille and dark wheels, with an Overtake banner across the top and a wing out back. Clean, sharp and always on point.
Admin and the crew's heavy hitter. A WR Blue VB WRX making 787 whp and 693 wtq on E85. AeroflowDynamics lip, flares and a big swan neck wing, black wheels, BC Racing coilovers and a Group N trans mount, with Overtake parts in the mix. Every mod, tune and real world result gets posted.
VP of VB Mafia. A WR Blue VB WRX on an IAG 1000 built block, with an ETS front mount intercooler, bronze wheels, a carbon trunk spoiler and an Overtake banner. It made it to Boxerfest, and the next phase of the build is already underway.
One of the crew's Discord devs, keeping the server running. A white VB WRX with red accents: red lip, side skirts and mirror caps, white wheels with red centers, an ETS front mount intercooler and a high flow cat. Red underglow comes out at night, and NAMR has featured the build.
Part of the crew's tuner group. A WR Blue VB WRX running an ETS turbo kit with a G30-770, tuned on E85 through Atlas, with black wheels, an ETS front mount intercooler and an Overtake banner up top.
The car is named Subzero. A WR Blue VB WRX with a T51R turbo kit, carbon hood, swan neck wing and AeroFlow Dynamics aero, backed by AeroFlow Dynamics, Overtake and Super Auto. It shot its first flames this season.
VB Mafia's Canada rep. A track stance 2022 WR Blue WRX with a gold livery, gold mesh wheels and a big swan neck wing, backed by Bad Company Performance and Astray.
Shoots as well as builds. A 2024 WRX six speed in white with a carbon hood and carbon fenders, backed by JDMuscle. The bio says it best: it's carbon fiber, not a rebuilt title.
Second chance build. The first car was a gloss Chosen Green wrapped 2022 WRX Premium that got totaled. Now there's a 2026 WRX Premium in the garage and a fresh build starting over.
Runs VB group buys as part of the official Axis team. A WR Blue VB WRX with gold wheels and rally livery, a NAMR tune and a 3 inch exhaust.
Family first. All builds welcome.

The recipe
Five steps, in the order that makes sense. This is exactly what is on Fenrir.
COBB Accessport V3 with an off-the-shelf map. Everything after this needs a way to tune, so it comes first.
ETS intake with airbox and the Overtake turbo inlet. Smoother air into the turbo, and a cleaner sound.
Rae-Motorsports intermediate pipe and the Invidia Q300 cat-back exhaust. Less back pressure, and a deep tone without drone.
AMS top mount intercooler and the AMS charge pipe. Cooler charge air means steady power pull after pull.
DMann 93 PROTune. A custom tune built around this exact setup on 93 octane. This is where it all comes together.
350 whp / 375 wtqon 93 octane, for about $5,851 in power parts*
| COBB Accessport V3 | $770 |
| DMann 93 PROTune | $850 |
| Total | $1,620 |
| OEM STI short shifter | $350 |
| Billetworkz shift stop | $35 |
| Billetworkz brass shifter bushing | $25 |
| Overtake clutch delay valve delete | $39 |
| Total | $449 |
| Billetworkz Fusion shift knob | $199 |
| Steering wheel orange overlays | $16 |
| Orange change pocket | 3D printed |
| Total | $215 |
| Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 Plus, 245/40ZR18 (set of 4) | $792 |

| Liqui Moly Molygen 5W-30, 5 liter jug | $83 |
| Subaru OEM oil filter | $9 |
| Every 3,000 miles | $92 |
* Market value as of October 2026. Parts only, so installation and shop labor are not included. The orange change pocket was 3D printed at home, so it isn't counted. Maintenance is a repeating cost and isn't in the build total.
Fenrir's journey
How a stock WRX became Project Fenrir, one step at a time.
November 6, 2025
Picked up a Magnetite Gray WRX with a 6-speed manual, bone stock and still on dealer plates. That night it came home.
November 11, 2025
Five days in, the windows went dark. 5% all around with an eyebrow, done by Nabil at Opaque Auto Works.
December 2025
Still stock, red WRX badges and all, and it didn’t have a name yet.
March 3, 2026
The first big parts went on in the bay, all from one deal: the Invidia Q300 catback with polished quad tips, the RAE intermediate pipe and the ETS intake. The stock parts came off in a pile.
April 2026
The red trim came off and the orange came in. Sport grille, orange star badges, LED tag lights, and the COBB Accessport with the first DMann off-the-shelf map. That map is where the chains started to break.
Late April 2026
Smoked taillight covers and the F1 brake light from JDMuscle, plus the Billetworkz shift stop and brass bushing inside.
May 8, 2026
The AeroFlow Dynamics V1 front lip went on, months before AeroFlow became a sponsor.
May 16, 2026
The AMS top-mount intercooler went on in the yard with the crew. Two days later it came back off at Penny Hill so the AMS charge pipe could go in, and both went on together. Cooler air, steadier power, and the start of the real power build.
Late May 2026
Six months and a lot of parts in, the car finally got its name: Project Fenrir, after the wolf that breaks his chains. That is where the motto started: the chains are officially broken.
June 2026
The Overtake turbo inlet went in, then Fenrir was strapped down at Felix Performance for the DMann 93 PROTune. 350 whp and 375 wtq, and the chains were fully broken. The Billetworkz Fusion knob arrived the same month.
June 13 to July 15, 2026
On June 13 a driver jumped a curb and hit Fenrir's front end. The car spent the next month at the body shop. It came home on July 15 with the front end fully restored and went straight into the next phase of the build.
July 2026
Orange overlays on the steering wheel, Rally Armor mud flaps, and a fresh set of Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 Plus tires. The look started to match the plan.
August 31, 2026
JDMuscle became Fenrir's first sponsor. A lot of what they sell was already on the car, bought at full price before the deal: the AMS intercooler and charge pipe, the sport grille, the smoked taillights and F1 light, and the Billetworkz shifter parts and knob.
September 2, 2026
Two days later Overtake signed on. The Overtake turbo inlet had been on since June, bought at full price. The Overtake parts and banners went on.
September 27, 2026
Fenrir’s first big show, with the show board and the whole crew. Three days before, the ETS logo on the intake went orange.
October 2, 2026
AeroFlow Dynamics made it three. Their V1 front lip had been on since May 8, bought at full price months before the deal. Next from AeroFlow: the window visors.
Today
Next up is the drivetrain lockdown with Overtake parts, then flex fuel.
